Funeral Services for Brenda F. Woolum will be at 1pmCT, Fri 24 Oct 2014, at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, with Bro. Herl D. Robertson and Bro. Mitchell Bunch officating. Burial in the Jamestown City Cemetery, 201 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY.

Brenda was born in Albany, Clinton County, KY on Sat 28 Jan 1961, a daughter of the late Emma (Bell) and Johnny W. Appleby. She died Wed 22 October 2014, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 53 years, 8 months, and 25 days.

She was a homamaker.

Brenda is survived by
  • Six sisters: Ruth and Patty Appleby, Bessie Brumley, Betty Chaney, and Patsy McGowan all of Jamestown, KY; and Rose Ball of Russell Springs, KY

  • Three brothers: Wendell, Kenny and Keith Appleby all of Jamestown, KY

  • A host of nieces and nephews
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Judy Mills and infant brother Jimmy Appleby.
