Madison Rose Chadwell, age 6 weeks, passed Saturday, October 11, 2014 at the Casey County Hospital in Liberty, KY.

Funeral services will be at 10amCT/11amET, Thursday, October 16, 2014 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Casey Davis officiating. Madison will be laid to rest in the Clementsville Community, at St. Bernard Cemetery beside St. Bernard Church, 5075 KY 551, Liberty, KY. Visitation is 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Wednesday, at the funeral home.




Pallbearers are Chris Johnson and Kody Chadwell. Honorary pallbearers are David Johnson, Jr. and Michael Johnson.

Born Monday, August 25, 2014 in Lincoln County, KY, she was the infant daughter of Brandon and Brittany Johnson Chadwell of Liberty, KY. She died Saturday, Ocober 11, 2014, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of six weeks, five days.

  • Maternal great-grandfather: Jackie Chadwell of Windsor, KY

  • Maternal great-grandmother, Nancy Wethington of Clementsville, KY
