She was a native of Adair County, KY, and a resident of the county at the time of her death. She was a member of a highly regarded South Adair County Family, the daughter of the late James Noel and Piccola Blanch Hagan Reliford. She was the widow of husbnds Earl Wilson and Billy G. Campbell.
