Louise Mosby Cook age 58 of Edmonton, KY passed away on Tuesday, October 07, 2014 at Cumberland County Hospital, Burkesville, KY.

Funeral Services will be Friday, October 10, 2014 at 1pmCT, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 North Main ST, Burkesville, KY with burial in Casey Fork Cemetery. Family request visitation 3pm-9pmCT, until at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home in Burkesville.



Louise Mosby Cook, 58, Metcalfe County, KY (1956-2014)

Louise was born on August 24, 1956 in Adair County, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late James Mosby and Rosie Garmon Mosby. She died Tuesday, October 07, 2014 in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY at the age of 58 years, one month, and 14 days.

She was an employee of Jomel Seams Reasonable.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Kyle Mosby. Survivors include:
  • Her husband: Kenneth Cook of Edmonton, KY

  • One son: Jonathan Cook and his wife April of Albany, KY

  • Three brothers: Hubert Mosby of Shepherdsville, KY, Ray Mosby and his wife Mildred of Marrowbone, KY, and Dennis Earl Mosby of Owensboro, KY

  • One step grandchild: Dawson Waid of Albany, KY

  • Brothers-in-law: Winfred Cook, Wesley Cook, and Charles Cook

  • Sisters-in-law: Velma Short, Emelene Roach, and Sue Mosby

  • And a host of nieces, nephews, and friends
