Tina Beth Warf age 48 of Edmonton died Monday, September 22, 2014 at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY.

Funeral services will be held 2pmCT, Saturday, September 27, 2014, at Sulphur Well Methodist Church, 1755 Sulphur Well-Knob Lick Road Edmonton, KY, with burial in the Smith Cemetery at Sulphur Well. Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT, Friday, September 26, 2014, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY and after 9amCT, Saturday at the church



She was a homemaker and member of the Sulphur Well Methodist Church.

She was the daughter of the late Eugene Lynn and Eloise Lynn Vance of Edmonton, KY, who survives.

Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband Quentin Warf, Sulphur Well, KY, and a son Patrick Warf both of Sulphur Well, KY, and the following:
  • Four sisters. Marcella Froggett of Glasgow, KY; Cynthia Goodman of Edmonton, KY; Lisa Pruitt of Summer Shade, KY; and Angie Branham of Edmonton, KY

  • Her step father: Buster Vance of Tompkinsville, KY

  • A step brother: Tim Ford of Tompkinsville, KY
Besides her father she was preceded in death by two sisters. Patricia Emberton and Brenda Gettings and a neice Whitney Emberton.

Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KY, in charge of arrangements.
