LWC's Henriksson: MSC Soccer Defensive Player of Week honor

It marks the second time this season Henriksson has received the honor

COLUMBIA, KY - For the second time in three weeks, Johanna Henriksson has been named the Mid-South Conference Defensive Player of the Week, officials announced on Monday, September 15, 2014.vHenriksson previously earned the award this season on September 1, giving her three total for her career. The Boras, Sweden, sophomore goalkeeper posted her second shutout of the season and eighth of her career as the Blue Raiders picked up their second win over a top 25 opponent this season. Henriksson ranks second in the Mid-South and 16th in the NAIA this season with a 0.52 goals against average. The next MSC Player of the Week awards are scheduled to be announced on Monday, September 22, 2014.
