Traffic Alert: SB Natcher Parkway in Butler County shutdown Detour has been set up By West Watt, Public Information Officer KY Transportation Cabinet, District 3, Bowling Green, KY Bowling Green, Ky. (7:51amCT. August 29, 2014) - The southbound direction of the Natcher Parkway in Butler County at the 32 mile marker four miles north of Morgantown is shutdown due to a semi-truck crash.
