Add a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and onion to those ingredients. When everything is cooked to your satisfaction....sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Put a lid on until the cheese has melted. Serve as is or put over Rice or Pasta. Yum!!! - Trilby Vance
