Margaret Pauline Williams, Pinehurst Circle, Jamestown, KY, died Thursday, August 21, 2014, at the Russell County Hospital, Russell Springs, KY. She was 85.

The funeral service for Margaret Pauline Williams will be at 2pmCT, Sunday, August 24, 2014, at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, with Bro. Billy Dunbar officiating. Burial will be in Ridgecrest Cemetery in Jamestown, KY. Visitatation will be after 5pmCT, Saturday, August 23, 2014, at the funeral home.

She was born Tuesday, February 22, 1929, in Indianapolis, Marion County, IN. She was the daughter of the late Claude Chapman and Ora Chapman. She died Thursday, August 21, 2014, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 85 years, five months, and 29 days.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by the following:
  • One son: Steve Jackson (Betty) Williams, Jamestown, KY

  • Four sisters: Joyce Maxwell, Ft. Myers, FL; Shirley Latta, Richmond, KY; and Evelyn Freeman and Reba Handy, both of Louisville, KY

  • Four grandchildren

  • One great grandchild
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Millard Jackson Williams; daughter, Margaret Sue Carnes; and one granddaughter, Hannah Williams.

The H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, in charge of arrangements.
