I, citizen of Columbia, am so pleased that the building that once was looking so forlorn now has a wonderful repaired and painted facade. Would that all our city officials might give a written round of public praise and recognition to persons who improve their properties. Encouragement - and paint - go a long way in promoting a nicer looking public square, I think.
