Columbia Police make 24th drug trafficking arrest in 2014

Columbia Police Department arrested Adair County man for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree. This brings the number of offenders arrested for felony drug trafficking by the department in 2014 to 24.



James D Pelly age 40, of Columbia was took into custody on August 9, 2014, at 9:45pmCT, on Campbellsville street in the limits of Columbia, KY.

Pelly was charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree and being a Persistent Felony Offender 2nd degree. Pelly was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail, Columbia, KY.
