Campbellsville PD arrests man threatening homeowner with gun

Police allege 48 year old Campbellsvillian was armed with a handgun, beating on a door of a residence while shouting threats to the homeowner. Webb lodged in Taylor County Detention Center

The Campbellsville Police Department responded to Osage Avenue in reference to an intoxicated man with a gun, today, Monday, August 11, 2014 at 2:59pmET. When officers arrived, they came into contact with Kenny D. Webb age 48 of Campbellsville. Officers were able to see Webb, who was armed with a handgun.



Webb was knocking on the door of a residence while shouting threats to the homeowner. Officer Scotty Perian was able to disarm Webb, while Officers Bart Gilpin and Roy Rodgers assisted in detaining him. Webb was taken into custody without further incident. He was arrested and charged with; Wanton Endangerment 1st degree, Alcohol Intoxication, Resisting Arrest, Menacing, and Terroristic Threatening 3rd degree/ Webb was lodged in the Taylor County Detention Center in Campbellsville, KY.

Investigating Officers are Officer Scotty Perian, Officer Bart Gilpin, and Officer Roy Rodgers.
