Doris Ann Spalding Chandler, Taylor Co., KY (d. Aug. 11, 2014) She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in Campbellsville, the Ladies Auxiliary of St. Peter the Apostle in Naples, FL and the Legion of Mary. Doris volunteered at St. Vincent DePaul Mission Store, was devoted to the Blessed Mother and made pilgrimages to many Holy places. She enjoyed playing golf and bridge, was a past member of the Campbellsville Woman's Club and a founding member of the Campbellsville Country Club. Her passions were her family, Naples, FL and golf. The funeral mass will be held at 10amCT/11amET, Thursday, August 14, 2014, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 429 N Central Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. There is no visitation planned. Born in Dayton, OH, she was a daughter of the late Abell and Anna Frances Hilpp Spalding. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in Campbellsville, the Ladies Auxiliary of St. Peter the Apostle in Naples, FL and the Legion of Mary. Doris volunteered at St. Vincent DePaul Mission Store, was devoted to the Blessed Mother and made pilgrimages to many Holy places.
