Columbia Police issue statement on double fatality collision Next earlier story on this tragedy: KY 55 reopened following two car, double fatality collision by Larry Smith, FM 92.7 the WAVE and FM 99.9 The Big Dawg On August 8, 2014, Columbia Police responded to a fatal accident involving two vehicles at the intersection of the KY 55 Bypass and Hwy. South 55.
