By Joe Hare

Our soldiers cross was stolen from the War Memorial at the entrance to the Fairgrounds last night. This cross was there to honor the men and women that have given their lives so that these punk/punks can run around free. It is a disgrace to the whole community that we have people that have no more respect for our home that this.

The VFW sure would like to know who took the Cross; it is not the monetary value - it is what it means to us in respect to our fallen brothers and sisters. Anyone with any information please contact the VFW.

Thanks You - Joe Hare, VFW Post 6097 Commander
