SOAR listening session at Adair Annex, July 29, 2014 By Ellen Zornes There will be a community wide meeting Tuesday, July 29, 5:00pmCT at the Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY. All interested persons are encouraged to attend. This is a listening session conducted by SOAR (Saving Our Applachain Region) with this segment on tourism, arts and heritage. The initative is through Congressman Hal Rogers and Governor Steve Brashear to engage public dialogue about the next strategic steps toward shaping our Applachain region.
