CIJ is term for annual reunion Click on headline for album from the 2014 CIJ, July 26-27, 2014 CIJ is the abbreviation for Adair County's Waggener clan annual Christmas in July reunion. It has been going on for a number of years. The gathering was held a year ago in Shelbyville and this year back at the home of Ricky and Mitzi Bault in Columbia again.
