July 15, 2014 Adair Grand Jury returns indictments
The Adair County Grand Jury has returned indictments against 15 individuals, on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, in Adair Circuit Court, Adair Judicial Center, 201 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY.
Those indicted were:
- David Edward Tishar (D.O.B. 06/23/1966) Indictment No. 14-CR-00106 - Charged with Two counts. Count 1 & 2 - Wanton endangerment in first degree. Bail: $250,000 cash. Arraignment July 29, 2014 at 1pmCT
- Justin K. Bledsoe. (D.O.B. 02-18-1993) Indictment No. 14-CR-00107 - Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Wanton endangerment in first degree. Count 3 - Tampering with physical evidence. Count 3 - Leaving the scene of an accident. Summons. Arraignment August 15, 2014 at 1pmCT
- Dakota J. Biggerstaff. (D.O.B. 01/04/1993) Indictment No. 14-CR-00108 - Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 & 2. Wanton endangerment in first degree. Count 3: Leaving the scene of an accident. Summons. Arraignment August 15, 2014 at 1pmCT
- Jason Gibson. (D.O.B. 02-19-1987) Indictment No. 14-CR-00109 - Charged with (xxxx Count) Count 1 - Flagrant non-support. Bail: $5,000 csec. prop. Arraignment August 12, 2014 at 1pmCT
