Driver cited for DUI after one vehicle injury crash on KY 70 In Casey County, 5 miles west of Liberty, KY, Saturday, July 19, 2014 By TFC. Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LIBERTY, KY - Tpr. Kevin Roberts is investigating a collision that occurred on Saturday, July 19, 2014, at approximately 11pmET, 5 miles west of Liberty on KY 70. 28-year-old Cheta Patel, of Liberty, KY, was traveling west on KY 70 when he lost control of his 2007 Honda, drove off the roadway and struck an embankment. Patel was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. He was transported to Casey County Hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries and was cited for DUI 1st Degree.
