Anne Elizabeth (Liz) Shaw, Taylor County, KY (1923-2014) She was valedictorian of the 1940 graduating class of Campbellsville High School. She professed faith in Christ and was a faithful member of Campbellsville Baptist Church, She was retired bookkeeper from McMahan Cherry Furniture Company. She was a native of Taylor County, KY, and a resident of the county at the time of her death. She was the daughter of the late Robert Roy Ramsey and Velma Webster Ramsey and the widow of Ellis Russell Shaw, her husband of over 56 years. She leaves 7 direct living descendants. She died Monday, June 30, 2014, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 91 years, one month, and 24 days. She professed faith in Christ and was a faithful member of Campbellsville Baptist Church, She was valedictorian of the 1940 graduating class of Campbellsville High School. She was retired bookkeeper from McMahan Cherry Furniture Company. She united in marriage to Ellis Russell Shaw August 16, 1941. He preceded her in death February 22, 2008.
