Columbia, KY driver injured in Friday, June 6, 2014 accident Accident occurred in the Shuffett Stretch of KY 61, Green County, KY, not far from the Green-Adair County line By Larry Smith, 92.7 the WAVE FM A Columbia woman was seriously injured in a one vehicle accident last Friday, June 6, 2014, at 4:44pmCT, on the Shuffett Stretch of Columbia Road/KY 61 in Green County. Green County Sheriff Robbie Beard says 34 year-old Anna M. Cruise of Walker Street, Columbia, KY, apparently fell asleep behind the wheel, losing control of her auto. Cruise was airlifted from the scene to U/L Hospital, Louisville, KY. Green County Sheriff Adam Rainwater investigated the accident, according to Sheriff Beard.
