Roy Lynn McClister, 47, of Russell Springs, KY, died Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 7:30amCT, at his brother’s home in the Cundiff community.

Funeral services, Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 11amCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Pat Smith officiating. Burial in McClister Cemetery, 4138 Fairplay Road, Fairplay, KY. Visitation will after 5pmCT, Friday, May 16, 2014, at the funeral home.



Casket Bearers: Ronnie "Booper" Burton, Jacob Jasper, Tyler "Bootsie" Yarberry, Terry McClister, Deshawn McClister and Pete Helm.

Honorary Casket Bearers: Blake Miller and Bryce Farris.

He was born Friday, February 10, 1967, in Adair County, KY. He was the son of the late Bryce & Pearl Price McClister. He died Thursday, May 15, 2014, in Cundiff, Adair County, KY, at the age of 47 years, 3 months, and 5 days. He was a farmer.

Survivors include:
  • Two daughters: Brittany Lynn & Jessica Lynn McClister both of Columbia, KY

  • Three brothers: Bradley (Debbie), James (Pattie), and Jerry McClister all of Columbia, KY

  • Four sisters: Libby Moss & Mary Jane (Ronnie) Burton all of Columbia, KY; and Conetta (Danny) Miller and Susan (Scott) Jasper all of Russell Springs, KY

  • One grandchild: Abby McClister
