Adair FBLA wins two 1sts at Regional Competition at EKU

Competing for Adair County High School FBLA: Ethan Brown, Jonathon Burbridge, Daniel Corbin, Kate Durham, Luke Keen, Jake Keltner, Abigail Kenyon, Ashton Nixon, Jeremy Rogers, Rachael Stevens, and Karen Upchurch

In March of this year the Adair County Future Business Leaders of America competed in the Regional FBLA competition at Eastern Kentucky University. The group which came away with two first place wins both in the area of Sports and entertainment Management they were Jacob Keltner and Ethan Brown. Luke Keen won a second place in Computer Problem Solving. Daniel Corbin brought home a third place finish in Impromptu Speaking. And Rachael Stephens placed third in Business Communications. Overall it was a great day. There were a total of eleven students who competed in different events they included: Ethan Brown, Jonathon Burbridge, Daniel Corbin, Kate Durham, Luke Keen, Jake Keltner, Abigail Kenyon, Ashton Nixon, Jeremy Rogers, Rachael Stevens, and Karen Upchurch. - Samuel Hughes
