Campbellsville PD investigates car/motorcycle collision 2005 Suzuki Motorcycle rider transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by CTC EMS From Ann Sanders The Campbellsville Police Department investigated an injury collision at around 1pmET, Wednesday, May 7, 2014 on South Columbia Avenue. A 2008 Nissan Quest operated by 65 year old Phyllis S. Holbrook of Mt. Vernon, KY, attempted to make a left hand turn from South Columbia Avenue into the parking lot of Second Glance Consignment store. Holbrook turned into the path of a 2005 Suzuki motorcycle operated by 39 year old Todd A. Coppage of Campbellsville. Coppage was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by Campbellsville Taylor County EMS for treatment. Holbrook was not injured.
