More speeding, noise pollution in this town, writer says

Donna Saunders writes:
There is more speeding and noise pollution in this town than I have ever seen anywhere. People thumb their noses at the laws and law enforcement apparently are told to disregard speeders and ridiculously loud vehicles. Paying your taxes apparently does not gurantee a safe and peaceful town to live in! Burkesville Street is a race track! You would think a town with a police department, sheriff's department and a state patrol headquarters could maintain a safe and lawful way of life for its citizens! - Donna Saunders
