Camp Casey gets a visit from Fish & Wildlife representative Click on headline for article with photo(s) Dana Harmon, 21st CCLC Director The Camp Casey After School program at Adair County Primary Center, 158 Col. Casey Drive, Columbia, KY, had a visit from Chris Mason from the Department of Fish and Wildlife on Wednesday, March 19, 2014. Mr. Mason came at the request of his daughter, Carrie Mason, who is a Bonner Scholar from Lindsey Wilson College and has volunteered in Camp Casey for the past three years. Ms. Mason is teaching a class called Planet Pals, which covers environmental and animal science and she had asked her father to come speak to her class. Mr. Mason brought some very interesting and educational items to share with our students. Camp Casey is in its 10th year of programming and our longevity is due in large part to the wealth of volunteers who dedicate their time and talents to help teach our students. - Dana Harmon This story was posted on 2014-03-20 06:50:50
