ACHS baseball opens season with Supt. Reed throwing first pitch


The Roster - 2014 Adair County Indians Baseball Team:
ACHS players, with numbers first, are: 1-Cole Schmidt, 2-Trevor Willis, 3-Mason Burton, 4-Marshall Shelley, 5-Dillon Wilkerson, 6-Chad Scholl, 7-BJ Steinhilber, 8-Jacob Higgins, 9-Shea Martin, 10-Dusty Todd, 11-Zach Hutchison, 12-Clark Dean, 13-Kyle Burton, 14-Cody Yates, 15-Jacob Pooler, 16-Josh Hardin, 17-Brett Burton, 18-Easton Turn, 19-David Streeval, 20-Ty Bennett, 21-Trenton Watson, 22-Mason Pyles, 23-Nick Pennino, 24-Michael Montgomery, 25-Tristan Bear, 26-Daniel Franklin, 27-Will Myers, 28-Michael Ratliff. Coaches - Head Coach Mike Mantooth, Assistant Coaches: John Shelley, Barry Hixson, and Jared Denton.

In a very few minutes, Superintendent Alan Reed will throw out the first pitch as Coach Mike Mantooth's 2014 Adair County Indians baseball team hosts Washington County High School (Springfield, KY) at 5pmCT Friday, March 14, 2014, at ACHS Indian baseball field, 326 Gen. John Adair Drive, Columbia, KY.

The ACHS field is in beautiful condition for the opener. The temperature is comfortable, and the skies are gray, and winds will be a factor in the game. An added incentive is that all Adair County fans get in free. Everyone is inivited to help kick off what looks like an exciting season of ACHS Baseball - from Traci Pooler

Superintendent Reed throws out first pitch, Indian opener
