Wanted mother, missing sons located in Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, KY - On Monday, February 17, 2014 at approximately 6pmCT Kentucky State Police Post 4 developed information that Rachel Lynn Madison-Stone (42) along with her missing sons, Jacob Stone (8), and Morgan Stone (6), might be staying at a location in Bowling Green, KY. At approximately 7:35pmCT, KSP Post 3 Troopers responded to the residence at 8454 Porter Pike and attempted to make contact with Mrs. Madison-Stone at that location.

The Troopers received no response but did locate a silver 2011 Honda Pilot that Mrs. Madison-Stone was thought to be operating. The vehicle was parked behind the trailer obscured from the road with the license plate removed. KSP Post 3 units then secured the scene and obtained a search warrant for the residence. At approximately 11:30amCT, KSP Post 3 and Post 4 Troopers executed a search warrant on the residence and quickly located Mrs. Madison-Stone and her two sons hiding in the dark trailer. Rachel Madison-Stone was subsequently arrested on a warrant issued out of Nelson County for Custodial Interference. She was lodged in the Warren Co. Det. Center.
