Columbia Police arrest two men on manufacturing meth charges By Ofc. Josh Brockman, Public Information Officer Columbia Police Department, Jason Cross, Chief On 2-15-14 CPD officers conducted a traffic stop for moving violations on a white 1998 Toyota Camry operated by 43 year old Ronald W Gadberry of Columbia. As a result of the stop it was found that the driver and passenger were in possession of the components used for the manufacturing of methamphetamine. The driver was arrested on charges of Failure to Signal, Failure to Notify D.O.T. of Address Change, and Manufacturing Methamphetamine. \Also arrested was passenger 32 year Josh Sallee of Lebanon KY on charges of Manufacturing Methamphetamine and Giving a Police Officer False Name/Address. Sallee also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Adair County District Court. Both were lodged in Adair County Regional Jail by CPD Officers Brad Scholl and Johnny Dial. - Ofc.
