Morris Farris is investigating a collision that occurred Saturday, January 25, 2014, 5 miles north of Lebanon on KY 49 at 10:35pmET. 61-year-old Charles Thomas was traveling south on KY 49, operating a 2002 Chevy Geo Tracker. He lost control due to slick roads and struck a bridge railing. Thomas was not injured but a passenger, 54-year-old Charlotte Thomas, was treated and released at Springview Hospital.
