LWC swim team hosts Milligan Jan. 25, 2014

COLUMBIA, KY – The Lindsey Wilson swim team hosts Milligan (TN) College on Saturday, January 25, 2014, at 1pmCT at Holloway Center Natatorium, 299 Williams Street, Columbia, KY.



Lindsey Wilson (5-1) men's swim team earned 14 national cut times at the Brenau Invitational on Saturday, November 23, 2013. Corey Hall, Ryan Leamy, Iker Larzabal, Jonathan Hindman and Luke Royal all made national cuts in various disciplines.

Lindsey Wilson (3-4) women earned seven national cut times at the Brenau Invitational and broke four school records in the 200, 400 and 800 yard freestyle relays and the 400 yard medley relay. Laura Stephenson, Elena Nikolaeva, Kelsey Marshall and Susan Herrington all earned national cut times at Brenau.

Milligan men's swim team lost its meet to Berry (GA) College on Jan. 18 154-45 while the women's swim team defeated Berry 96-83 but lost to Emory and Henry (VA) College 144-49. The Blue Raiders have one final home meet on Saturday, February 1 - Senior Day - against Campbellsville before they compete in the Mid-South Conference Championship and NAIA National Championships.
