Letter: On important questions Tami Wilson writes: Well, I would gladly devour strips 3 and 4 as they are. Strips one and two seem to be yet a little limp, so I might use those to wrap bundles of blanched asparagus or green beans, before roasting them to perfection in the oven. Strip 5 is a little overdone, and would be the most likely to be tossed out, though bacon, even at this stage, is hard to resist.
