Thanks to Regional Jailer Rick Wilson From Daniel Phillips This is just a quick note to say "thank you" to Rick Wilson, Jailer, Adair County Regional Jail. This afternoon Mr. Wilson took time out of his schedule to show my Corrections class around the facilities and teach my students about jail operations. Mr. Wilson's knowledge of corrections and his dedication to public service were readily apparent.
