Domestic incident involves vehicle vandalization, stabbing Adair Sheriffs Office investigates early Sunday morning disturbance on Donna Lane, off KY 206. Both the woman who filed original charge, and Columbian who presented at Russell County Hospital for treatment of stabbing wounds arrested, lodged in Adair Regional Jail facing felony charges. By Deputy Adam Cravens Adair County Sheriff's office The Adair Sheriff's Office responded to a domestic violence call Sunday, November 3, 2013 just before 6amCT, on Donna Lane off KY 206. Deputies Aaron Rainwater and Adam Cravens responded to a call by Raquel Ferrotti, 33, of Old Fort, NC had called and reported her boyfriend had caused a disturbance and vandalized her vehicle. Richard Bernard, 34, of Columbia was gone from the scene when the deputies arrived. It was later learned he had turned up at Russell County Hospital, Russell Springs, to be treated for a stabbing. Trooper Chris Saunders arrested Bernard after his hospital release on an outstanding warrant unrelated to Sunday's incident. Bernard was transferred back to Adair County Regional Jail. Further investigation led to arrest warrants being signed on Richard Bernard for Criminal Mischief and Raquel Ferrotti for Assault 2nd respectively. Both are felony charges.
