E.H. Lepiarczyk celebrates All Souls at New Concord E. H. Lepiarczyk writes: November 2, All Souls Day, is greatly honored and celebrated throughout Europe as well. I know that in Poland, many family members visit the graves of departed loved ones and place candles and flowers at the grave sites. On November 1, cemeteries in Europe resemble cemeteries in the United States during Memorial Day in May. I visited the Concord Cemetery at New Concord on Friday and sang religious songs at the grave sites of my departed loved ones. -E. H.
