Westlake Regional Hospital, 901 Westlake Drive, Columbia, KY is offering over $500.00 worth of health screens beginning on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 for only $12.00. Contact: 270-384-4753 ext 136.



The $12.00 includes:

• Complete blood count
• Comprehensive metabolic panel
• Lipid panel (includes cholesterol, triglycerides, and hdl)
• Thyroid test (includes tsh, free t4)
• Colorectal screen (for colon cancer)

For an additional $ 8.00:

• PSA (prostate cancer screen) For men only

For the best results, fast 10 - 12 hours before having your blood drawn. Results will be available 7am-12pm noon CT on Saturday, October 19, 2013 from 7 am to 12 pm for those who participate October 1-11, 2013. Due to HIPAA privacy laws, you may only pick-up a copy of YOUR results. I you do not pick up your results, they will be mailed to you. Results will also be sent to in-state physicians with complete address.
