Comment: Pro Moist or wet

Personal commentary

I have commented about the wet issue for our county before. For the most of us it seems like the correct thing to do.

It could only bring revenue into our county and maybe actually jobs. The thing is it will never happen. The closed minded people of this county will never let it happen. It appears they are living with their "higher than thou" attitude and can care less about anyone else or this county, as long as their pockets are padded.

They can say whatever they want about it being bad and "oh our poor kids will get it." Get real! if they want alcohol they will get it.

I suppose with all the over-dosing on drugs that has happened in this county doesn't really matter that drugs are still illegal? Keeping the same elected officials in office year after year will only keep bringing the county down.

When the elected officials do nothing to help promote change then change will never happen.

It is very sad that many days I think about moving from Columbia, just to be able to make a decent living.
