News from the Adair County Public Library

We had a marvelous discussion at the Adair County Public Library with author Janna McMahan via Skype tonight during our "Have You Finished it Yet?" Book Club meeting. Her book "Calling Home", was set in South Central Kentucky and mentions such places as Green River, Adair and Green Counties.

A Taylor County native who now resides in Columbia, South Carolina, she has first hand knowledge of this area as well as our culture. Wow, what a lovely, talented lady!

Those in attendance were Lucille Lemmon, Aleina Milligan, Anita Riddle, Ernestine Bennett, Jewel Kimbler, Kathy Hunt, Roberta Peterson, Mary Knight, Ginger Swift, LeeAnn Jessee, Beth Grant, Wanda McGaha, Janna McMahan and Mary Sharpe was in attendance but not shown in photo.
