Family Fun and Fitness Challenge offered by Adair W.A.T.C.H. Registration ends Friday May 17, 2013. To sign up go to the Adair County Cooperative Extension Service, 409 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY between the hours of 8am-12pmCT and 1pm-4pmCT. You will receive a packet of information containing instructions to participate. By Jelaine Harlow The Adair County W.A.T.C.H. (working actively toward community health) Coalition is sponsoring a FREE 4 week program for families who want to be more physically active together! The Family Fun and Fitness Challenge begins May 20, and ends June 16, 2013. Families who participate will keep a log of physical activity they do as a family and turn the log in at the end of the challenge. The winning family will receive a prize.
