2nd Annual Adair Co. Genealogy/History Book Fair, June 1, 2013 Vender registration information below By Mike Watson The Adair Heritage Society, Adair Genealogical Society, Adair County Public Library and Jane Lampton Chapter Daughters of American Revolution, are sponsoring the Second Annual History & Genealogy Book Fair & Sale on Saturday, June 1, 2013, from 10am-3pmCT/11am-4pmET, in the Historic Adair County Courthouse, 500 Public Square, Columbia, KY.the dead center of town, in Columbia, Kentucky. Admission & parking are free, and the event is open to all. Lunch will be available within the facility or from nearby restaurants. Vendor set-up time 8:30am-10amCT/9:30am-11amET. In addition to sales of books and other genealogical and historical supplies, including old books, we also expect to have various free events during the day, including, but not limited to: Author readings; scanning booth to scan photos, documents, Bible records, etc; printer(s) who can advise on publishing projects; lineage societies are expected, example: DAR; local artisans; free materials booth; door prizes, drawn on the hour beginning at 11amCT/12pmET; silent auction of donated items; tours of the Historic Adair County Courthouse; and much more!
