Remembers Georgia Morrison creations at Hannah Fowler House New story inspired by Hannah Fowler opened in 1962 by Adair County Historian Mike Watson By Peggy Fudge Thanks to Mike Watson for the information in his story. Now I'd like to learn which local artisans had their work for sale there. Does anyone remember? Of course, there were the famous books, but beyond that the only contributor I remember was Georgia Morrison. She made the most wonderful stuffed animals. Others made corn shuck dolls, apple head dolls, baskets, toys and games made of wood, and a variety of things to fascinate a child.
