Criminal charges against Nick Bertram going to grand jury Detective Ricky Brooks will present investigation to Russell County Grand Jury later in February By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY RUSSELL SPRINGS, KY - On Friday, February 15, 2013 charges against Nick Bertram were dismissed in the Russell County District Court to proceed by indictment. Felony charges fall under the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court and Kentucky State Police Detective Ricky Brooks will present the investigation to the Russell County Grand Jury later this month.
