Ralph Waggener: Still asking for accountability, openness

Personal Commentary
Comments re - Jon Halsey: Government business is our business

Ralph Roy Waggener answers John Halsey:

It got old writing about our goverments opening up their books so we, the taxpayers, can see what we are getting for our money. Most all Adair taxpayers seem to hear me, but the ones who could change this don't respond at all.

I'll keep on hounding to we see some changes and accountability in our goverments and our taxing districts.

You would think that after losing 21.5 million dollars at Westlake our officals would want to do better reporting on the money they are entrusted with.

Columbia is running a $275,000 deficit for the past 2 years, but nothing I have wrote has made any difference - it's only assured me of no business coming from The City of Columbia.

My company lost the business from Casey County Hospital and Jane Todd Hospital because Rusty did not like me calling for audits that would show where the money went.

Ask for changes here in Adair and Columbia and you will only get hurt!

Thanks,

- Ralph Roy Waggener
