God Speed, Mr. Treece, from Jon Halsey

Jon Halsey writes:
God Speed Mr Treece.

You're did a remarkable job and Adair County was fortunate to have had you at the helm of our school system.

Re the remarks outside your door - You have now joined an illustrious albeit small band. I'm referring of course to the late great Samuel Clemens who was egregiously sent to a premature grave by the New York Journal and the lesser known British Violinist who was just as erroneously given a early demise when the Daily Telegraph reported in 1999 that he had died as a result of a recent hospital stay.

Fortunately you were able to "clear the record" before the record got recorded. Seems to be a particular trait of yours to always be ahead of the game.

Again, God Speed.
