Two of Dr. Phillips' graduate students publish research article Article by Weston Pope and Kelsey Pope will be published in book later this year Click on Headline for story with photo(s) By Duane Bonifer News from Lindsey Wilson College A couple of Lindsey Wilson College graduate students recently had a research article accepted for publication. Weston Pope and Kelsey Pope, both of Columbia, KY, had a piece about "Trade in Lunacy" accepted into the Cultural Sociology of Mental Illness. The book will be published later this year. Trade in lunacy referred to private homes in 18th- and 19th-century Great Britain that housed mentally ill people. LWC Associate Professor of Sociology and Criminal Justice Dan Phillips, worked with the Popes on the article. The Popes are students in LWC's nationally accredited graduate program in counseling and human development. - Duane Bonifer, Lindsey Wilson College This story was posted on 2013-01-31 04:20:32
