Hazardous Weather outlook issued at 2:32amCT/3:32amET, Wednesday, December, 19, 2012: "THERE IS A CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT AS SHOWERS SPREAD INTO THE AREA. WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE...AND ANY THUNDERSTORM WILL PRODUCE LIGHTNING. "
