Two vehicle collision sends four to WRH for treatment Columbia Police Officers Jamie Cole, Brad Scholl, and Jordan Dean assisted on the scene by th Adair County Search and Rescue. Injured transported to WRH by Adair County EMS By Officer Joshua E. Brockman, Public Affairs Officer Columbia Police Department, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY Columbia Police Department is investigating a injury accident that occurred Friday, December 14, 2012, sending four people to Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia, KY, for treatment. At 7:03pmCT, officers from the Columbia Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Burksville Road and the east bound Exit 46 ramp of the LBN Parkway. The collision occurred when 22 year old Elizabeth Withers of Russell Springs, KY, operating a 2006 Chevy Cobalt, pulled from the exit ramp onto Burksville Road into the path of a 1997 Jeep operated by 51 year old Charlse Devoe of Burksville, KY. Devoe, along with passengers 38 year old Katrina Devoe, 22 year old Jenna Perkins, and 35 year old Joseph Hudson, were treated on scene and transported to Westlake Regional Hospital by Adair County EMS. The accident was investigated by Officer Jamie Cole. Officer Cole was assisted on scene by CPD Officers Brad Scholl and Jordan Dean.
