Driver, passenger injured in 1 vehicle accident in Raywick, KY Driver fails to negotiate curve, leaves roadway, and strikes earth embankment By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY LEBANON, KY - Tpr. Kevin Roberts is investigating a collision that occurred on Monday, December 10 at 10:11pmET on KY 527. 22-year-old Thomas Leake of Lebanon was traveling north on KY 527 in the limits of Raywick, operating a 2000 Chevy car. He failed to negotiate a curve, left the roadway and struck an earth embankment. Leake and a passenger, 18-year-old Lydia Woods-Roller of Lebanon, were not belted and were transported to Springview Hospital where they were treated for non life threatening injuries.
