Richard Clark Roberts, age 20 of Celina, Tennessee passed away on December 08, 2012.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 11amCT/12pm noon ET, at Celina United Methodist Church, 1418 Mitchell Street, Celina, Tennessee with Bro. Kenny Westmoreland officiating. Burial will be in the Walker Cemetery in Clay County, Tennessee. Visitation is 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Monday, December 10, 2012 at the home of his grandmother, Geraldine Clark, 300 Peterman Bend Lane, Celina, TN, and on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 from 10amCT/11amET, until service time at at the Celina United Methodist Church.

Richard Clark Roberts was born on January 15, 1992 in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee to Richard R. and Ann Clark Roberts. He died on December 8, 2012, at the age of 20 years, 10 months, and 24 days.

He was preceded in death by his special grandmother, Elizabeth Roberts, and grandfathers, Richard I. Roberts and Will Haggard Clark.

Richard was a young man with many talents, especially the gift of laughter and devotion which he bestowed on friends and family. His smile and wisdom will be missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include the following:
  • His father and mother: Ann and Richard R. Roberts of Celina, TN

  • Three sisters: Amelia Howell and her husband Matt of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Alison Cooper and her husband Tim of Nashville, TN, and Andrea Hull and her husband Jimmy of Cookeville, TN

  • His devoted grandmother: Geraldine Clark of Celina, TN

  • and a host of other relatives and friends also survive.
