Glen Mason passed away Sunday November 18, 2012 at his home in Casey County. He was 61.

Funeral services will be at 2pmET/1pmCT, Wednesday November 21, 2012 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Clifford DeHart officiating. Burial is at Mason Cemetery. Visitation isf 5pm-9pmET/4pm-8pmCT, Tuesday, November 20, 2012, at the funeral home.

He was born Sunday, November 19, 1950 in Casey County, KY, he is the son of the late Howard and Evelyn Poff Mason. He died Sunday, November 18, 2012, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 61 years, 11 months, and 29 days.

He loved to play music and was a former sawmill worker. Glen was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include the following:
  • A son: David Glen Mason of Russell Springs, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Brannon and Macy Ann Mason

  • A step grandchild: Brianna Flatt

  • Brothers: J. C. Mason of Columbus , IN; Larry Mason of Elmwood Place, Ohio, and Dave and John Mason of Edinburgh, IN

  • Sisters, Liz Mason Jones of Casey County, KY; Lorraine Hafley of Nicholasville, KY; and Linda League of Liberty, KY
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, Gary Lee Mason ; brothers, Lewis and George Mason; and sister, Elaine Harris.
